SHR Resi has completed The Howell, a luxury apartment complex located on Howell Mill Road at Interstate 75 on the Upper Westside.
“Despite challenges in the current commercial real estate environment, we have delivered this project on time and on budget, reflecting our dedication to excellence and innovation,” said SHR Resi found partner Todd W. Nocerini in a press release.
The Howell offers 212 units across five stories with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences with modern design elements. These include open floor plans with 9—to 12-foot ceilings, gourmet islands with pendant lighting, quartz countertops, full-size washers and dryers, and spacious walk-in closets. Select units offer oversized balconies.
The Howell also has a private 7th-floor open-air resident lounge, which offers views of the Midtown and Downtown skylines. There’s also co-working space, a resort-style pool and deck, clubhouse, pet run and pet spa, fitness center, gated and covered parking garage, and controlled access.
Additionally, the community includes 3,500 square feet of ground-level retail space, with negotiations underway for new tenants. Gables Residential is the on-site management company.
