In the Personal Finance Workshop, facilitated by Kimberly Lawson of Operation Hope, participants delved into their financial aspirations, assessed their current standings, and crafted actionable steps toward their goals.

Led by Lester Jones, SVP of Financial Planning and Analysis at the Atlanta Hawks & State Farm Arena, participants explored aligning their personal financial goals with their future aspirations in the “Bridging the Gap & Reaching Your Dreams” session. Through engaging discussions and guided exercises, they laid the groundwork for their financial journey ahead.

In a Fireside Chat, Nicole Carter from Georgia Power and Aliyah Youmans from Southern Company shared a candid conversation that guided participants in navigating their career and financial growth, understanding priorities, and identifying their aspirations.

Michelle Leftwich from the Atlanta Hawks led a session on salary negotiations, equipping participants with strategies and confidence to advocate effectively for their worth in the workplace.
