The Cabbagetown Chomp & Stomp festival returns Saturday, Nov. 2, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The day kicks off with the Romp & Stomp 5K featuring a flat course through historic Cabbagetown. All participants receive a t-shirt and a free chili-tasting spoon.
Chefs and individuals from across Atlanta will be participating in the annual Chili Cookoff, which will be accompanied by music from local bluegrass bands on multiple stages.
Spoons for the Chili Cookoff can be purchased at Little’s Food Store, Sweet Cheats, and Mikkelson’s Market.
Proceeds support the Cabbagetown Initiative 501c3, energizing public spaces and improving the historic neighborhood’s parks.
