The Municipal Court of Atlanta is launching an amnesty program for individuals who failed to appear on their scheduled court dates for traffic violations.

The program will waive a person’s outstanding failure-to-appear warrant and resolve their cases without fear of arrest.

This year’s amnesty program applies only to traffic-related offenses. Code violations and other offenses are not included, according to a press release from the court.

The program runs from March 17 through April 21, 2025, and the court will have special hearing sessions/calendars for these cases to be heard.

Individuals are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to clear their eligible warrants and move forward. to check eligibility and find your case, visit court.atlantaga.gov.
