Mother’s Day restaurant specials

McKendrick’s Steak House in Dunwoody is offering a special menu with lunch and dinner services on Mother’s Day. Expect dishes like lobster bisque, a snow crab frittata, and strawberry shortcake. And McKendrick’s is accessible from Dunwoody’s MARTA station.

While Four Seasons Atlanta’s Mother Day brunch is already sold out, you can still book a spa experience, an afternoon tea, or a reservation at Bar Margot all month long.

D’Juan’s New Orleans Bistro in Smyrna still has Mother’s Day brunch spots available.

Buddy Buddy in Midtown will offer special cocktails, shakshouka, and chicken and waffles this Sunday.

Amore e Amore’s Under the Sea pop-up is still going on and will add much-needed whimsy to Mother’s Day. Stop by the Inman Park restaurant for prix-fixe lunch and dinner this weekend.

Cake Pharmacy is still accepting Mother’s Day pre-orders for its Saturday drop-in hours in Decatur.

Treat mom to a West African buffet Sunday afternoon. Ike’s Cafe & Grill locations in Norcross and Marietta will offer all-you-can-eat specials from noon to 4 p.m. for $50 per person. Children ages 11 and under eat for $25.

Mother’s Day events

The Chastain Park Arts Festival returns to Buckhead Saturday and Sunday. The free event features over 185 artists and live music and gives you ample opportunity to find gifts. The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.

The College Football Hall of Fame is offering moms free entry on Mother’s Day. All moms can score a complimentary mimosa from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., while the first 50 moms to arrive will receive garden flowers from Home Depot.

3 Parks Wine Shop in the Old Fourth Ward is hosting a mini Mother’s Day market from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Distract mom with a $25 wine flight while you pick out a last-minute gift.

Finally, Wine in Kirkwood will offer a Mother’s Day experience, including a curated wine tasting, live music, treats from Georgia in a Jar, and a build-your-own bouquet bar by The Sidewalk Garden, from 2 to 5 p.m.

Mother’s Day fitness classes

Join in a Mother’s Day Morning Sweat from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Perimeter Mall, taught by Lululemon ambassador Kendra Fuentes.

Sign up for a Mother’s Day Flow on The Interlock grass lawn from 9:15 to 9:50 a.m. The free, all-levels outdoor class, hosted by The Sunrei Wellness instructor Camrei, will be followed by a private shopping experience at the Lululemon Howell Mill store.

Register for the Spiritual Loc Mother’s Day Wellness Party in the Park at Freedom Park from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Expect yoga with instructor Qishanda La’ree, plus a soft dance session, African henna tattoo art, a sound bath, and more.
