Peachtree Corners will host Atlanta Tech Week’s kick-off event this Sunday, Aug. 9, to open a week of innovation and collaboration across metro Atlanta.
Both Atlanta Tech Park and Curiosity Lab will serve as official venue partners, hosting a welcome brunch, tours, and speaker panels on day one.
A kick-off brunch is set for 10 a.m. on Sunday at Atlanta Tech Park, followed by two afternoon panels at Curiosity Lab: “From Prototype to Real-World Impact” and “The Next Wave of Venture Investing: Building Companies for the Physical World.”
Atlanta Tech Week will have six days of programming, Aug. 9-14, designed to showcase the region’s growing technology ecosystem while connecting entrepreneurs, investors, developers and business leaders across metro Atlanta.
Organized by RenderATL, the annual event features dozens of community-led gatherings, workshops, networking sessions and panel discussions hosted at venues from Midtown and Tech Square to Downtown, Buckhead and Peachtree Corners.
The week is expected to draw thousands of attendees, building on last year’s event, which attracted more than 15,000 participants. Organizers say the goal is to strengthen Atlanta’s reputation as one of the nation’s leading technology hubs by highlighting the city’s startups, established companies and growing investment community.
Among the signature events is the Silicon South Summit, scheduled for Aug. 12-13 as part of RenderATL programming, bringing together founders, venture capitalists and operators for discussions on entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence and the future of technology in the Southeast.
The ATL AI Expo on Aug. 12-13 will bring together Atlanta’s builders, founders, and technologists to explore the future of AI with keynote talks, technical sessions, and live build workshops.
Additional events throughout the week include startup showcases, pitch competitions, technical workshops, career networking opportunities and community meetups.
