Two people were shot outside a restaurant overnight. Police are investigating two more scenes they believe are connected to the shooting.
Dozens of officers have blocked off Howell Mill Road at Chattahoochee Avenue in northwest Atlanta. One witness told Channel 2 Action News This Morning that she heard the gunfire and saw several people on the ground.
Lt. Christapher Butler confirmed to Channel 2’s Darryn Moore that two people were shot outside the Daiquiri Factory. A 31-year-old man was shot in the head and is in critical condition. Another man was shot in the arm and is stable.
Butler said the restaurant is cooperating with the investigation.
Police also found a car miles away on Peters Street in downtown Atlanta that they believe is connected to the shooting. Another car found on Detroit Ave was set on fire.
