CCI Real Estate will begin pre-leasing later this summer for 740 Techwood, a new student living complex next to the Georgia Tech campus. First student move-ins are expected in the fall of 2027.
Located half a block from Bobby Dodd Stadium, the 64,000-square-foot building sits on a half-acre site at 740 Techwood Dr. and will span five floors. The property will offer 55 furnished residences with floor plans ranging from studio to one- and two-bedroom layouts, with an emphasis on a roommate-centric environment.
There will be an on-site location of Three Tree Coffee Roasters, lounges and study rooms, an outdoor courtyard, gathering spaces, and more.
Interior amenities will include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 55” mounted TVs, nine-foot ceilings with fans, and a full-sized washer and dryer.
Construction is underway, with True North Companies as the general contractor. The project is in partnership with the Georgia Baptist Mission Board and will replace the existing Baptist Collegiate Ministries (BCM) location at Georgia Tech. BCM has maintained a strong presence at Georgia Tech for over 75 years, and 740 Techwood will also offer expanded ministry spaces to serve the group.
