The International Rescue Committee in Atlanta and Georgia Asylum & Immigration Network have partnered to provide pro se legal clinics to assist Afghan humanitarian parolees in filing for asylum and/or TPS, with the hope of passing the bipartisan Afghan Adjustment Act of 2023 to provide a path to lawful permanent residence for Afghan evacuees.
