Aggravated assault
2100 block of Bolton Drive – A man is accused of throwing a bottle at a woman during an argument late July 30 and causing a cut on her head.
2100 block of Marietta Boulevard – A man said his ex-girlfriend hit him with her car just before 6 p.m. July 29.
Robbery
3500 block of Peachtree Road – A man approached a woman from behind in a parking garage July 29 at 5:30 p.m. and told her to give him her purse or he would kill her. He also grabbed her cell phone to prevent her from calling the police. She did not see a weapon.
Unit block of Normandy Court – A woman came home early July 27 and found a man standing in her doorway. He took a laptop computer from her, then forced her to drive him to an ATM and withdraw $400 for him. He then let the woman go uninjured.
3200 block of Roswell Road – A gunman accosted three people leaving the Buckhead Saloon just after 4 a.m. July 27. He took two laptop computers, $500 in cash, credit cards, an iPhone and a Coach purse, then fled in a black sport-utility vehicle.
1100 block of Chattahoochee Avenue – Three men bought items from the Oasis Market Deli just before 9 a.m. July 28, then returned a few minutes later with a fourth man and a gun. They forced a deli employee to open the cash register for them.
Burglary
1600 block of Moores Mill Road – The front door of a house was kicked in between May 24 and July 31, and a flat-screen television and video game systems were stolen.
4400 block of Stella Drive – A door at Premier Events was kicked in overnight July 26, and beer was stolen.
4000 block of Land O Lake Drive – An air-conditioning unit was pushed in to allow access to a home between July 5 and 10, and items apparently were stolen.
100 block of West Wieuca Road – The back door of the Northside Youth Organization was kicked in overnight July 26, but nothing was taken. Blood was found at the scene.
100 block of Le Brun Road – A GMC Yukon was stolen from an unlocked garage the morning of July 26, and items were taken from the home as well. Everyone was home during the burglary, but no one responded to the noises coming from the garage.
3900 block of North Stratford Road – A TV and a laptop computer were stolen from a house while the resident walked her dog the afternoon of July 30.
3700 block of Narmore Drive – A real estate agent was showing a house for sale July 25 and noticed that the basement door had been kicked in and items had been taken. The owners had not been home for at least two weeks.
2600 block of Piedmont Road – A fired employee used his key to enter a restaurant between July 26 and 28, went into the safe, and stole money. The thief was caught on video.
700 block of Sidney Marcus Boulevard – A laptop computer, two cameras, and an MP3 player were stolen from a home during the day July 29.
3400 block of Piedmont Road – A television, radios, blankets, medical equipment, vitamins and a bracelet were stolen from an apartment July 24.
3400 block of Piedmont Road – Two people were arrested for a break-in at 7:45 p.m. July 29.
2900 block of Andrews Drive – Two paintings, a laptop computer, two flat-screen televisions and jewelry were stolen from a home July 29.
4100 block of Peachtree Park Drive – Two TV sets and four computers were stolen from a house late July 25 or early July 26.
2200 block of Peachtree Road – A man threw a rock through a small window at Willy’s Mexicana Grill to gain access to the restaurant at 4 a.m. July 26. He took the cash register box and fled.
300 block of Redland Road – The back door of a house was forced open at 12:30 p.m. July 28, setting off an alarm. The burglar and some items were gone when police arrived 10 minutes later.
1500 block of Walthal Court – Three flat-screen televisions and other items were stolen from a home July 26.
1700 block of Ridgeway Avenue – A leaf blower, a washer and a dryer were stolen from a vacant house for sale between July 26 and 28. The basement door was left unlocked.
1600 block of Gilstrap Lane – The back door of a house was kicked in July 28 while the owner was out of town, and items were stolen.
2000 block of Hollywood Road – A weed trimmer was stolen from a home July 25.
2000 block of Main Street – A window was broken out of a house July 26, and items were stolen.
1900 block of Main Street – A window air-conditioning unit, a video game system and 10 games were stolen from a house July 30.
2300 block of Thomas Road – A laptop computer was stolen from an apartment between 8:15 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. July 30.
Unit block of Alden Avenue – Two flat-screen televisions and an MP3 player were stolen from a home during the day July 28.
1700 block of Northside Drive – A guest at the Days Inn said two men stole his pants, Social Security card and Texas identification from his room around 4 a.m. July 31. A police officer found the pants and ID nearby.
1300 block of Northside Drive – Items were taken from a rental storage unit between July 5 and 31.
Auto theft
3600 block of Peachtree Road – A 1994 Toyota belonging to a church was stolen July 28 or 29.
3400 block of Stratford Road – A 2007 vehicle was stolen from a parking deck July 31.
2500 block of Piedmont Road – A vehicle was stolen from a parking lot between 2:30 and 6:30 p.m. July 26.
3200 block of West Roxboro Road – A Chevrolet van with a trailer was stolen July 30 after the keys were left in a pocket in the driver’s door.
3200 block of Peachtree Road – A 2008 Cadillac Escalade was stolen from the Buckhead Apartments parking deck overnight July 30.
Unit block of Delmont Drive – A vehicle was stolen overnight July 27.
2500 block of Piedmont Road – A 1996 Honda Accord was stolen from a parking lot July 30 or 31.
900 block of Collier Road – A car was stolen overnight July 27.
1900 block of Howell Mill Road – An Express Lube employee stole a vehicle left at the shop and was arrested July 28 when the vehicle was found at his home.
700 block of Woodward Way – A woman said she went out and had a few drinks July 24, and when she woke up the next morning, she was home, and her car, keys and wallet were gone.
1100 block of Collier Road – A vehicle was stolen overnight July 27.
2100 block of Defoors Ferry Road – A window was broken out of a vehicle July 24 or 25 in an apparent attempt to steal the vehicle.
1800 block of Howell Mill Road – A 2004 Nissan Sentra was stolen from the Walmart parking lot July 30 between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
2300 block of Marietta Boulevard – A man went inside a gas station after fueling his vehicle around 2:30 a.m. July 26, and when he walked back out a few minutes later, the vehicle was gone.
1700 block of Ellsworth Industrial Boulevard – A vehicle was stolen July 31 around 5:30 p.m.
1100 block of Huff Road – A 1992 Lexus was stolen from a home overnight July 27.
100 block of 26th Street – A Dodge Ram 1500 was stolen early July 29.
Unit block of Bennett Street – A vehicle taken from Bennett Street was recovered on Spring Street the morning of July 29 before the owner had reported it stolen.
2000 block of Peachtree Road – A gray 2007 Honda Civic was stolen from the parking lot of the Darlington Apartments sometime between July 19 and 26.
Larceny from auto
3200 block of Northside Parkway – A window was broken out of a vehicle outside the library between 11:15 and 11:50 a.m. July 26, and items were stolen.
3500 block of Northside Parkway – A .45-caliber pistol, a 12-gauge shotgun and a .22-caliber rifle were among items stolen from a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado between 1 and 2:30 p.m. July 30.
Unit block of Tuxedo Terrace – Items were stolen from a gray 2003 GMC Yukon that was left unlocked overnight July 26.
3900 block of Ivy Road – Items were stolen from a vehicle overnight July 26.
3300 block of Peachtree Road – A vehicle’s door was pried open late July 26 or early July 27, and items were stolen.
3300 block of Peachtree Road – Items were stolen from a 2008 Ford Escape between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. July 30.
3300 block of Peachtree Road – Items were stolen from a vehicle parked outside Maggiano’s the evening of July 31.
3300 block of Piedmont Road – A window was broken out of a vehicle in the RuSans parking deck July 24, and a laptop computer was stolen.
4100 block of Roswell Road – Two backpack blowers were stolen from a white 2003 Isuzu truck between July 24 and 27.
3400 block of Lenox Road – Items were stolen from a 2005 Chevrolet parked at the J.W. Marriott on July 28 and 29.
700 block of Lindbergh Drive – A radio was stolen from a 2001 Buick Regal on July 26 or 27.
600 block of Lindbergh Way – A camera, a laptop computer and an MP3 player were among items stolen from a green 2002 GMC between 7 and 8:30 p.m. July 28.
3300 block of Peachtree Road – A laptop computer was stolen from a black 2005 Chevrolet Silverado between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. July 28.
2500 block of Piedmont Road – A window was broken out of a vehicle July 26 between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m., and items were stolen.
2500 block of Piedmont Road – A blue Dodge was broken into July 26, but nothing was taken.
2300 block of Piedmont Road – A window was broken out of a red 2004 Infiniti G35 between 9:30 and 9:45 p.m. July 28, and $45 was stolen.
2600 block of Piedmont Road – A man smashed a window out of a 2001 Lexus outside Nail First and stole money from the glove box the morning of July 31.
3200 block of Peachtree Road – The license plate was stolen off a vehicle parked outside LA Fitness the afternoon of July 25.
200 block of Pharr Road – A DVD player was stolen from a vehicle late July 27 or early July 28.
3400 block of Piedmont Road – Items were stolen from a vehicle outside a restaurant the night of July 27.
300 block of Brentwood Drive – A window was smashed out of a red 2000 Jeep Cherokee on July 28.
400 block of Lindbergh Place – The radio and the air-conditioning control panel were stolen from a 2000 Honda Civic on July 29 or 30.
2400 block of Peachtree Road – A bicycle was stolen from a 2003 Chevrolet overnight July 28.
200 block of Pharr Road – A laptop computer was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in late May. The victim reported the theft July 31.
Pharr Road and North Fulton Drive – A revolver was stolen from a vehicle late July 27 or early July 28.
3000 block of Piedmont Road – A laptop computer was stolen from a 1999 GMC overnight July 29.
1000 block of Collier Road – An MP3 player and a GPS unit were stolen from a 2001 Subaru between 7 and 10 p.m. July 26.
900 block of Collier Road – Windows were broken out of a 1994 Saturn and a 2003 Saturn at the Post Collier apartments overnight July 29, but nothing was stolen from either car.
1900 block of Emery Street – A camera charger was stolen from a gray 2008 GMC Yukon on July 27.
300 block of Woodward Way – Items were stolen from a vehicle the evening of July 28.
2900 block of Noble Creek Drive – A CD player was stolen from a maroon 2000 Dodge on July 24.
Unit block of Surry County Place – A GPS unit and school items were stolen from a 2004 Volkswagen overnight July 28.
1100 block of Chattahoochee Avenue – Items were stolen from a 2003 Ford F-350 between July 28 and 30.
1400 block of Ellsworth Industrial Boulevard – Two vehicles were broken into at a parking lot early July 31, and $2 in coins and a pair of sunglasses were stolen.
1000 block of Huff Road – A wedding band was stolen from an unlocked vehicle between July 22 and 29.
1100 block of Huff Road – A handgun was stolen from a vehicle in the Apex Apartments parking lot July 31.
2700 block of Peyton Road – Various tools and brass pieces were stolen from a vehicle belonging to the city of Atlanta between July 16 and 26.

1900 block of Peachtree Road – A GPS unit was stolen from a vehicle outside Piedmont Hospital overnight July 25. A screwdriver used to jimmy open a door was found at the scene.
1700 block of Peachtree Street – Items were stolen from a truck midday July 26.
1800 block of Peachtree Street – Items were stolen from a 2005 Dodge Stratus the night of July 28.

3500 block of Northside Parkway – Money was taken from a desk in an office at the Flying Biscuit the evening of July 26.
4400 block of Stella Drive – A bag of money was taken from beside a safe at Premier Events just after noon July 25.
Unit block of West Paces Ferry Road – A woman discovered after getting home from grocery shopping July 30 that someone had stolen her wallet. Her credit cards were used illegally.
3400 block of Buckhead Loop – A woman hid items in her purse at Ulta and left the store without paying around 4 p.m. July 25.
300 block of Lakemoore Drive – A woman reported July 29 that someone stole her identity in the spring and made fraudulent purchases on her Discover Card.
3500 block of Peachtree Road – A shoplifter escaped a store at 8:30 p.m. July 30.
3300 block of Peachtree Road – A woman was seen hiding three American Eagle T-shirts in her handbag at T.J. Maxx on July 31. She selected and paid for other items but tried to leave without paying for the T-shirts.
Unit block of Wieuca Road – Four air-conditioning units were stolen from outside Sherwood Marketing on July 30 or 31.
3300 block of Peachtree Road – A man was caught trying to shoplift a pair of jeans from Bloomingdale’s on July 31.
3300 block of Peachtree Road – A shoplifter was caught trying to steal clothes from Bloomingdale’s just before 6:30 p.m. July 26.
3300 block of Peachtree Road – A man was arrested for felony shoplifting from Macy’s around noon July 27.

Morosgo Drive at Lindbergh Lane – A man reported that a woman scammed him out of money for a television July 24 by snatching the cash from the vehicle they were in and running.
3300 block of Peachtree Road – Luggage that contained a Cartier watch and a laptop computer was stolen from a hotel early July 25.
400 block of Peachtree Hills Avenue – Artwork was stolen from Max & Co. on July 30.
3100 block of Piedmont Road – A man approached a woman outside Fogo de Chao just after 2 a.m. July 31 and identified himself as a police officer. The woman gave him her purse and ran away, while the man drove off in a black Cadillac.
2500 block of Bolton Road – A repeat shoplifter who had been cited for criminal trespassing was spotted in the hygiene aisle at CVS the night of July 25, and the next day a $200 hygiene machine was discovered missing.
2300 block of Bolton Road – A truck took some bed frames from the Atlanta Union Mission shelter without authorization July 20.
2400 block of Bolton Road – A power saw was stolen from the wastewater treatment plant between July 24 and 26.
1700 block of Commerce Drive – A woman found an unopened video game system in the District at Alexander parking deck July 30 and turned it over to the police after initially bringing it to the leasing office.
2700 block of Defoors Ferry Road – AT&T reported that a phone line at an apartment complex was cut to steal the copper July 26.
