Doggies on the CatwalkTonight (Jan. 21), Grady will be hosting two large events: UrbanCouture’s “Doggies on the Catwalk” and the Grady High Shchool vs. North Atlanta Basketball game. Overflow parking for the “Doggies” event will be available at Park Tavern at 500 10th Street. The $10 parking fee will benefit the Beltline Project with a free shuttle service (provided by the Fur Bus) which will run continuously from 5:30pm until 9pm. Make plans to stay later and join in the after-party at Park Tavern.

The 4th Annual “Doggies on the Catwalk” will feature 17 model dogs, along with their celebrity humans, who will each be wearing outfits designed by Grady students with guest designer Annie Griffin. Proceeds benefit Pets Are Loving Support (PALS), an Atlanta area organization providing pet-care for the companion pets of critically ill and disabled Atlantans. Enjoy lite bites from Dennis Dean Catering and a “fur-ocious” silent auction. Students from any area school (public/private/colleges) pay $10 at the door. Adult tickets are $25 while children under 5 are admitted for free. NO checks, but cash and credit cards welcome.
