Andrea Sneiderman has been barred from the courtroom where Hemy Neuman, the man accused of murdering her husband, is on trial.

According to CBS Atlanta, Sneiderman was asked to leave the DeKalb County courtroom because of disruptive behavior. She was seen Feb. 24  hugging a witness. She then pushed an investigator away when she was told not to make contact with the witness and tried to follow her her into the witness room. Investigators said she was also overheard making comments about the witnesses during the trial, CBS reported.

Neuman is on trial for the November 2010 murder of Rusty Sneiderman. He has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.  Opening arguments began Feb. 21, and Andrea Sneiderman was called as the first witness.  Neuman’s attorneys as well as state prosecutors have questioned her about having a romantic relationship with Neuman, who was her boss at GE Energy. She is not facing charges in the case.
