Buckhead Republican Women have announced there will be a forum on Sept. 10 for the Atlanta Board of Education District 4 seat.
The candidates in that race are incumbent Nancy Meister and her challenger, Taryn Bowman.
The forum begins with a 6 p.m. social and lasts until 8 p.m. It will be held at the Cross Creek Cafe 1221 Cross Creek Pkwy NW (Bohler Rd), Atlanta, GA 30327.
Matthew Kirby, chairman of the launch team for the Atlanta Classical Academy charter school, will also be in attendance and will make a presentation, according to an announcement from the Buckhead Republican Women.
