US Marshals apprehended Brandon Dean, 25, on Oct. 22 for the shooting death of a man on Boulevard earlier this month.
On Oct. 5, Atlanta Police responded to a person shot call at 579 Boulevard. Upon arrival officers found Leon Carr, 34, deceased from a gunshot wound. Atlanta Police Homicide Investigators responded to the scene and began their investigation. Investigators were able to ascertain probable cause to secure an arrest warrant for Dean charging him with murder.
Police believe the shooting happened after an argument between the two men.
