General Assembly, which offers education in technology, business and design at nine campuses across four continents, will open at Ponce City Market in 2015. The school has leased more than 17,000 square feet at the mixed-use development in the Old Fourth Ward. General Assembly is already offering online classes and web development immersives in Atlanta.
Duluth-based financial technology giant NCR Corp. is eying Midtown as a site for its new headquarters, according to a report in the Atlanta Business Chronicle. The move would not only bring hundreds of jobs from Gwinnett County, but is also expected to create 1,200 new jobs.
