You’ll also find a guide to events and volunteers opportunities all month long in the run-up to Earth Day 2014 on April 22.

There’s also an update on the Midtown EcoDistrict, which is adding more trees, wider sidewalks, bike lanes and encouraging the use of public and alternative transportation. If you’re a fan of fresh, locally-grown food, Intown’s many farmers markets are getting ready to open for the season.

April also means the beginning of festival season in Intown, with the Dogwood Festival, Festival on Ponce, Inman Park Festival and more happening on weekends throughout the month.
