Atlanta Streetcar No. 1003 was towed along the 2.7 mile route overnight by a wrecker to test clearances and pass performance and safety tests before the system is up and running later this year.

During the testing, the streetcar traveled about 5 miles an hour and stopped at each station along the route. Expect more testing announcements soon.
