One person is in custody in connection to the Sept. 14 double homicide at 200 Franklin Road at the One Sovereign Place Apartments, according to the Sandy Springs Police Department.
25-year old Zusi Aguirre of Mableton is in custody at the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office in Mobile, Ala. Information on the shooting was given to investigators after the woman was stopped for traffic charges in Mobile. Aguirre is charged with felony murder, armed robbery, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. She is currently being held pending extradition to Georgia.
On Sept. 14, two males were found dead inside an apartment at 200 Franklin Road with gunshot wounds. One of the victims was identified as 27-year-old Freddie Vega.
