Atlanta’s transit concepts are getting national attention thanks to recent articles in the New York Times and USA Today. The Atlanta Streetcar is profiled in the Times, while the Atlanta BeltLine and its original mastermind Ryan Gravel get some love from USA Today.

The Old Fourth Ward has gone townhome crazy! Atlanta Curbed reports the historic Ironized Yeast Company plant at the corner of Ralph McGill and Glen Iris in the Old Fourth Ward is being demolished by John Wieland Homes to make way for new townhomes, while new townhomes are planned for the west side of Boulevard. Another cluster is being completed near Freedom Parkway.
