Study: East Atlanta tipped as 2015 ‘hottest neighborhood’

National real estate brokerage firm Redfin has released its predictions for the Top 10 Hottest Neighborhoods in the country and East Atlanta sits at number three. You can see the full Top 10 in the graphic above.
Redfin also broke down other neighborhoods inside Atlanta to show average home sale prices and how long the homes remain on the market.
1. East Atlanta
Median Sale Price: $211,000
Days on Market: 35
2. Morningside-Virginia Highland
Median Sale Price: $610,000
Days on Market: 25
3. East Lake
Median Sale Price: $264,000
Days on Market: 24
4. Dunwoody Club Forest
Median Sale Price: $440,000
Days on Market: 26
5. Towne Lake
Median Sale Price: $289,000
Days on Market: 42
