City officials were on hand this morning for the ground breaking of the new Post Centennial Park property in the heart of Downtown.
The property, located at 340 Centennial Olympic Park Drive, will have more than 400 new multifamily units and 44 workforce units available when it is completed in 2018.
Post Centennial Park is the first apartment property for families and young professionals built in Downtown in the past 20 years, according to a statement from the city.
