A two-alarm fire destroyed a building at the Ansley Forest Apartments on Piedmont Avenue late Wednesday, according to a report from our broadcast partner CBS46.
The blaze broke out on the third floor in one of the buildings and quickly spread to the roof of the structure.
Fire officials a cigarette that was not extinguished might be th causes of the fire.
