Atlanta is under another smog alert today, Nov. 15, as smoke from the North Georgia wildfires continues to blanket the city.
According to AIRNow, people with heart or lung disease, older adults, and children should reduce prolonged or heavy exertion while outside today.
More than 20,000 acres have burned in wildfires across North Georgia and wind patterns have dispersed the smoke as far south as Macon.
