Sandy Springs Perimeter Chamber of Commerce Board Chair Tisha Rosamond announced on Tuesday that Adam Forrand will start working as the business organization’s president and CEO on Nov. 1.

Rosamond announced the selection of Forrand, who serves as a vice president for the Gwinnett Chamber and Partnership Gwinnett, during Tuesday’s State of the City Signature Luncheon.

Forrand has been serving as vice president – Education, Talent & Leadership Development for the Gwinnett Chamber and Partnership Gwinnett, its economic and community development initiative. He has worked for that chamber since 2015. He previously held executive responsibilities to lead efforts to connect and align business talent needs with the workforce, educational, and leadership ecosystems, while working to retain young professionals in the community. He also represented Gwinnett County businesses as a member of the Atlanta Regional Workforce Development Board.

Forrand fills a vacancy left after the departure of Robb Dillon, who was named to the leadership role in February and began working in the position on March 1.
