Spooky Springs hosts young trick-or-treaters at Abernathy Greenway Playable Art Park in Sandy Springs from 5 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25.
In its 10th year, the free, family-friendly event gives kids a chance to show off their costumes before Halloween, according to a news release. The park is located at 70 Abernathy Road NE.
The event will feature:
- Trick-or-treat candy stations
- Face-painting stations
- Fog machines
- Music
- Food vendors
The news release said food vendors will include Dogs on Wheels, Spice The Americas, Chick-fil-A, and Three Tikis.
On-site parking is ADA parking only. Limited parking is available at Sandy Springs Christian Church at 301 Johnson Ferry Road. The city encourages residents in adjacent neighborhoods to walk to the event.
According to the release, the Abernathy Greenway parking lot will close for event setup on Saturday, Oct. 25.
