Wood Partners has promoted Mark Randall to Southeast regional partner of Wood Partners South.
Randall will oversee the Atlanta-based multi-family residential developer’s offices in South Florida, North Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi.
Randall was formerly division partner in the Atlanta office. Jimmy Baugnon will now replace him in that role.
Randall came to Wood Partners from Gables Residential Trust in 1999 as the development partner responsible for Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. He is responsible for Wood Partners’ entry into high rise condominium development in Atlanta and across the country.
